The theme for 2012’s Wiffleball Tournament was inspired by the speculation that it would be the last year of the Blue Angels coming to Seafair (usually the tournament lands on the saturday of sea fair). It’s so cool to see the planes fly in formation and I had that image in my mind and thought about how they fly low and then break straight up…and it felt like created a W shape to me (sort of, if you use your imagination). That was the start…but the type wasn’t enough, we had to get our character in there and make a larger, bolder design  for the shirt.
